Earlier this week, CMSM hosted its annual New Leader Workshop at Green Hill in Hyattsville, MD. This Workshop was designed specifically for those new to leadership in their religious communities. The Workshop featured opportunities to explore some of the most pressing concerns leaders of religious communities deal with. The topics of the Workshop included: safeguarding, formation, finance, personnel, eldercare, canon and civil law, among other topics.
