In this final module of the CMSM leadership development program, participants will build on their interior and collaborative work to consider both the adaptive challenges they are facing or will face in their particular ministerial contexts and apostolates and consider how to respond as adaptive leaders. They will also learn about best practices for navigating the inevitable change and transition that comes with adaptive leadership.
