CMSM Event Cancellation Policy

At the Conference of Major Superiors of Men, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for our members and event attendees. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please review our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by Attendees:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: Partial (50%) refund.
  • 7 days before the event or less: No refunds will be given.  

2. Cancellation by Us:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, attendees will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation.

4. Changes to the Event:

  • If there are significant changes to the event schedule or format, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and provide options for refunds or transfers.
