CMSM 2024 Eldercare Summit Part 2 – Collaboration and Models of Care: Practical Conversations for Leaders on Eldercare
Tuesday, February 18, 2025 | 1:00 pm ET
Part 2 of the Eldercare Summit will take place on February 18, 2025. Part 1, held in the fall, focused on planning for an aging institute. Part 2 will focus on models of care. Join us as we hear from major superiors who have created different models of care for their elder members. Engage in a lively discussion about these models, how the leaders developed them, the strengths and limitations of the models, and what collaborative options are available to care for our elder members.
The mission of the Eldercare Summit is to support leaders in their decision-making and the accompaniment of elder members of their community. Join us for this excellent opportunity to reflect, learn, share, and network about common eldercare issues.
