CMSM is committed to promoting and sustaining cultures of safety in member communities.

We promote safeguarding ministry through the Praesidium Accreditation Standards for Catholic Men’s Religious Institutes via a collaboration with Praesidium.  We offer conferences, consultation, and resources while also serving as a voice for male religious with organizations such as the Secretariat of Child and Youth Protection at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

We are committed to supporting male religious communities in implementing transparency, prevention, and healing.
