Join us for this year’s Winter Leadership Gathering at the Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center in Houston, TX! This year, the Gathering will focus on the theme of community life. The case studies will address individualism, community life in a small community, and negative external influences on community life, fostering conversations around a variety of communal issues related to these issues. Join us to reflect on community life with – as well as learn from – other leaders!
New to the Winter Leadership Gathering? The Gathering is a leadership formation workshop designed for major superiors and councilors of male religious communities. It is discussion-based, focusing on a series of current issues leaders are facing with opportunities to network, reflect, and pray over those challenges.
